**A Non-Refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve your spot. You can pay with Credit Card, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.
I will email you within 2-3 hours to welcome you, answer questions and confirm method of payment, and send you an invoice with payment options.
1st **50% payment DUE by: April 20th, 2025
2nd **50% payment DUE by: August 1st, 2025
Registrations after the stated deadlines must be accompanied by payment in full. Retreat participation cannot be confirmed without a deposit - no exceptions. Airfare is not included. All prices are shown in US Dollars.
Cancellation Policies: (We've been left at the altar before, after paying for the cake, so we have some trust issues!) ALL cancellations made 90 days prior to the retreat will incur a fee of 50% of the retreat package price. ALL cancellations 0-89 days prior to the retreat will incur a fee of 100% of the retreat package price (exception made if the room can be filled). If a situation arises where we must cancel the retreat, 100% of all monies received will be refunded. If there is a natural disaster that prevents us from traveling, the Adiwana Jembawan will credit us for the accommodation costs and we will reschedule the retreat.
Bali Entry Requirements:
No vaccinations required as of June 2023
Visa on Arrival is $35 and available at the Bali airport or online. (USD cash or credit cards accepted)
Passport must have at least 6 months validity and 3 empty pages
You must have your return flight booked (they don’t want to keep you forever)
